iOS Wireless Transfer App

Why Some MOV Videos Not Transferred to iPad

I purchased your application but it does not work for all Quicktime videos. They are all in .mov format. For some videos I want to transfer from my Mac to my iPad it runs for some time, as if it is transferring the video, then it says the transfer was complete but in fact in the end there is nothing on my iPad! I carefully checked the video format is the correct, and it is the same of other videos that I can correctly transfer. Why some mov videos can be transferred some can not?

MOV is a container format other than video codec. It can use or contian videos in different codecs, such as H.264, MPEG-4 codecs and so on. If you transfer a MOV video that uses mp4v codec, your iPhone/iPad/iPod will not be able to store and play it for the lack of codec support.

You need to convert the video to H.264 video or MPEG‑4 video in .m4v, .mp4, or .mov file format. We suggest you to simply convert videos to H.264 video in .MP4 format for best result on iOS devices.
