I HATE you people who post so-called answers to questions when you don’t know what you are doing! Your so-called instructions did not work. I connected my iPhone, i selected Devices – iPhone, I was all my photos and videos in my iPhone; I tried to drag-drop to copy, and it didn’t work. Please do us all a favor and don’t post your infantine ramblings when you have not tried and tested what you suggest.
